Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@aarmshop.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original product first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must still be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and tags included.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
